1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping does not occur on weekends or official holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be delayed by a few additional days — please allow extra time for delivery.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the name of the courier company and the estimated delivery time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Drakkar is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Drakkar is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the courier service or our support team to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged items as evidence for your claim.

6. International Shipping

At present, we provide shipping within Georgia only.
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination — Tbilisi or regional areas.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Drakkar is not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
